The largest urban centre in Canada, Toronto, has been in the midst of a rapid development boom that is transformatively reintroducing its architectural DNA. Inspite of the high demand for modern design, Georgian style brick homes catch many people's eye as it reflects a period of early settlement and prosperity of Upper Canada.
This project was developed to revitalize the typical Gerogian Bay-and-Gable townhome to meet the modern lifestyle that Toronto offers. The newly deisgned livingroom space provides eco-friendly fireplace and plenty of space to entertain your friends and family. Instead of spending your time shut away in the kitchen, you can get everything prepared in the company of your loved ones. Rennovating bathrooms in downtown cores is needlessky lenghy and expensive. I engineered to efficiently utilize trade and material resources to transform 3 twenty-years old bathrooms into convinient urban bathrooms. This revitalization provides the comfort of Georgian Redbrick home without compromising the vibrancy of urban lifestyle.
